Renewal document fee £ 180.00 per property

Referencing Request fee £ 30.00 per property

Throughout the tenancy and at the end of the tenancy there are other costs must be covered on top of the rent. These might include:

  • Utilities
  • Council Tax
  • Television License
  • Installation of Cables/satellite
  • Insurance (of your personal and own contents)
  • Garden maintenance
  • Professional cleaning of the property
  • Pest Control
  • Addressing condensation problems
  • Dilapidations
