Dear Clients, in the midst of these testing times we wanted to reach out to all our clients and friends that whilst we remain open for business however we will follow government guidelines to combat the spread of Covid-19. In light of precautions required we will be implementing social distancing for the best interest of our clients, staff and public. As of Monday 23rd March 2020 we will be closing our office for the safety of our staff and clients. We will be available via telephone, email, wats app and text messaging. Property viewings, inspections and valuations will be done via video telephone calls, all emergency repairs will be attended to subject to public health England’s guidelines.

We understand the need for caution during these testing times but also the need for our services. We will be available in whichever non contact format of communication is required, and emergency repair contractors are at hand for any urgent repairs only. If you are a tenant or landlord and are experiencing difficulty with payments and finance the government have implemented measures to support: We will off course be available for any support we can provide.
